It's Not Your Fault - Ed Teach Sticker
The quiet symbolism throughout Season 2 so far has been stunning, but this is one of my favorites so far- Ed has struggled with being able to stay healthy, stay grounded, stay okay... if the door won't stay closed, what's to keep The Kraken at bay? Fixing this literal door while practicing his ability to forgive himself and understand that he's not a monster who's solely at fault for the damage he's done is such a subtle but brilliant way of assuring us that, at least for now, he's moving forward, not back and forth. AND... who's door is it? Who's initial is in stained glass at the top? Stede's. Stede is the barrier Ed needs to keep his demons locked away. UGH 💛🖤❤️🔥
